Safety & Moderation

See a listing that breaks our guidelines or looks illegal? Let us know. We review every report within 24 hours and take action fast. Serious violations are forwarded to the proper authorities.

Emergency? Call 911 first.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 before doing anything else. Then come back and report the listing to us. Your safety comes first.

What to report

Anything that violates our community guidelines or breaks the law. Common examples:

Anyone under 18

Zero tolerance. Listings involving minors are removed immediately and reported to the authorities.

Human trafficking

Any listing that looks coerced, controlled by a third party, or otherwise non-consensual.

Scams & fraud

Deposit scams, crypto scams, fake ads, catfishing, and anything designed to take money without delivering.

Fake or stolen photos

Stock images, photos of other people, heavily manipulated photos, or copyrighted images used without permission.

Harassment or hate speech

Targeted harassment, doxxing, threats, or discriminatory content of any kind.

Non-consensual content

Photos, videos, or personal info shared without the subject's consent.

What to include in your report

The more details you give us, the faster we can act. Please include:

  • The listing URL — a direct link to the ad you're reporting (copy it from your browser).
  • What's wrong — a short description of the violation (a sentence or two is plenty).
  • Screenshots if possible — attach any relevant images, especially if the listing might be taken down before we see it.
  • Your contact info — optional, but helpful if we need to ask a follow-up question. We never share it.

What happens after you report

Here's exactly what to expect once you hit send.

Your report lands in our moderation queue within minutes. Every report is read by a human, not a bot.

We verify the listing and check it against our guidelines. This usually happens within 24 hours, often much faster.

Serious violations (minors, trafficking, violence) are reported to NCMEC or law enforcement with any relevant evidence.
