By using Listcrawler, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, all of which are incorporated here by reference. These documents together describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Listcrawler is an aggregator of adult classified listings. We index publicly available ads from third-party sources across the web and organize them into a searchable directory. We do not create, host, verify, or endorse any individual listing, and we are not a party to any transaction, communication, or meeting that takes place as a result of a listing.

The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis, with no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use Listcrawler. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• It is legal in your jurisdiction to view adult-oriented content.
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.

If any of the above is not true, please stop using the Service immediately.

All listings on Listcrawler are third-party content. We do not create them, host them, or guarantee their accuracy. When you click a listing, you are typically sent to a third-party website where the ad originated. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party site or poster.

Any interaction, agreement, or transaction between you and a third party — including anyone you contact through a listing — is solely between you and that party. You interact with third parties at your own risk.

The Listcrawler name, logo, site design, source code, and other original materials are the property of Listcrawler LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Third-party content aggregated on the Service remains the property of its respective owners. Listcrawler makes no claim of ownership over any individual listing.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current, genuine, lawful, or safe. Your use of the Service and any interactions with posters or third parties are entirely at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTCRAWLER LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR CONDUCT; (C) ANY INTERACTION OR MEETING ARRANGED THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR (D) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Listcrawler LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content or conduct you post, transmit, or engage in through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

You may stop using the Service at any time. There is no account to close — simply navigate away from the site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
